Resumo

Este artigo é uma Revisão de Escopo que investiga como o microlearning tem sido utilizado em diferentes níveis de ensino dentro da educação formal. O objetivo é explorar os conceitos e a compreensão dos autores sobre o uso dessa abordagem, buscando responder à questão de pesquisa: como o microlearning é aplicado na educação formal nos diversos níveis de ensino? Para isso, seguimos os cinco passos metodológicos típicos de uma Revisão de Escopo: a) Definição da questão de pesquisa; b) Identificação dos estudos relevantes; c) Seleção dos estudos encontrados; d) Mapeamento dos dados; e) Síntese, agrupamento, resumo e relato dos resultados. A base de dados Dimensions foi utilizada para a busca dos estudos. Os resultados mostram que o microlearning é mais frequentemente encontrado em contextos universitários, sendo integrado a diferentes modelos e metodologias. Essa abordagem oferece conteúdos de maneira objetiva e concisa, demonstrando ser uma ferramenta eficaz para atender às necessidades dos alunos e melhorar os resultados das avaliações. A revisão sugere que o microlearning tem gerado resultados positivos, motivando novos estudos para explorar suas vantagens e desvantagens.
